About your job

This is a perfect opportunity for a passionate salesperson with a tech background to build a direct relationship with our customers, helping them to grow and achieve their goals. This is a new role and area at keylight. We expect you to build this area from scratch.

Tasks

What you will do day-to-day…

  • Interacting with customers of all levels (Executives, Managers, VPs and Directors) through multiple channels (emails, chats, video-calls, and in-person meetings).
  • Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our platform.
  • Engaging in regular communication with customers and sending them platform updates.
  • Managing customers post project implementations.
  • Providing training and best practices to improve the adoption of our platform.
  • Contributing to the overall improvement of internal processes.
  • Being the voice of the customer and the developer.
  • Escalating and mitigating customer churn risk.
  • Renewing customer subscriptions in the enterprise segment and achieving general rate objectives.

Requirements

You are a charismatic people person with

  • A good sense of humor, able to inspire and motivate people!
  • Effective consulting skills, with the ability to build relationships with our team and to drive organizational change.
  • Approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented way in a non-hierarchical organizational environment on eye level with your colleagues.
  • Be open-minded, eager to learn and try out new things.

You are a perfect fit if you

  • Have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in technical environments.
  • Are able to establish customer success practices from scratch.
  • Have proven ability to manage effectively difficult customer situations.
  • Are comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a positive attitude and are passionate about customer success.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Have interpersonal skills and are able to inspire people promoting keylight as the market-leading subscription commerce platform.
