About your job

As IT Help Desk Support, you will provide in-office and remote hardware and software support. This is a new role at keylight. Our IT-Support will be located in our HQ in Berlin.

Tasks

What you will do…

  • Provide in-office and remote hardware and software support in all the operating system landscape (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers and other technical devices.
  • Coordinate technical repairs with vendors, couriers and involved employees.
  • Contribute to IT-onboardings and manage user accounts, subscriptions and hardware.
  • Development, improve and document internal processes.
  • Order IT equipment and manage accurate inventories.

Requirements

You are a charismatic people person with

  • A good sense of humor, able to inspire and motivate people!
  • Strong customer service skills, can-do attitude with attention to detail and follow through tasks.
  • Structured way to work approaching things proactively in a non-hierarchical environment.
  • You believe in our vision and are willing to give your best to build the future of keylight.

Minimum requirements

  • Good working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with basic Operating System Administration (MacOS, Windows).
  • Experience supporting compliance efforts around our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified management systems.
  • Open to collaborate with other team members and employees.
  • Fluent in English languages, both written and verbal communication.
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
